DOA is the consumer-facing application of the national Deposit Management System, which enables deposit beverage packaging to be collected back in Türkiye. When packaging bearing the deposit mark is handed in at return points, the refund is transferred to the user’s DOA digital wallet.

How does it work?
- Download the DOA mobile app and sign up.
- Collect your empty packaging bearing the deposit mark; do not crush it and keep the label intact.
- Find the nearest return point through the app or the website.
- Hand in your packaging and the refund is loaded into your digital wallet.
