At our Plastic Recycling Facility, polyethylene and polypropylene plastic waste is shredded, washed and granulated, then supplied to manufacturers that use recycled plastic raw material. Products with different colours, melt flow rates and elasticity levels are produced in line with the needs of the plastics manufacturing sector.
Recycling stages
| Stage | Process | Output |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Sorting | Plastics are graded by polymer type and colour | HDPE / PP groups |
| 2. Shredding | Shredders cut the material into small pieces | Plastic regrind (flake) |
| 3. Washing | Dirt, labels and foreign matter are removed | Clean flake |
| 4. Granulation | Melted, filtered and cut in the extruder | Recycled granules |
| 5. Quality control | Melt flow and moisture are checked in the laboratory | Product ready for dispatch |

Frequently Asked Questions
Which types of plastic do you process?
At our facility we mainly turn HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) plastics into granules. Other types are sorted and directed to suitable recycling facilities.
Can you produce granules in a specific colour or melt flow rate?
Yes. We produce different colours, melt flow rates and elasticity levels according to the requirements of the plastics manufacturing sector. Share your technical needs with us.
